Description

Carry out dethatching and scarifying with interchangeable working attachments on one corded electric lawn tool. The dethatching attachment lifts loose thatch and dead material toward the surface. The scarifying attachment works into the upper surface when preparing an area for lawn renovation or reseeding. An included catcher collects material during suitable passes.

Choose a working width

• 13-inch configuration for a narrower working path.
• 16-inch configuration for a wider working path.

Setup and care

Assess the lawn condition and select the attachment and adjustment specified for the task in the supplied instructions. Begin with a small test area rather than using an aggressive setting across the whole lawn. Remove stones, wire and other obstructions before treatment. Use a suitable outdoor extension cord of the required rating, route it away from the working attachment and disconnect power before clearing or changing parts. Empty the catcher as needed, clear loosened material after treatment and clean the tool before dry storage.
