These Terms of Service explain how you may use lawnhood.com and the conditions that apply when you buy from Lawnhood. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Payment Policy, and Privacy Policy.

2. Using the store
You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. Provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact information and use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, upload malicious material, or attempt to access another customer’s information.
3. Product information
The store offers lawn care equipment, garden tools, and related equipment. Read the product description, specifications, included items, dimensions, power requirements, and compatibility information before ordering. Ask us if a detail you need is missing or unclear.
We aim to display products and prices accurately. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. If we discover a material error affecting your order, we will explain it and ask whether you wish to proceed on the corrected terms. We will not charge an increased price or send a substitute without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order as agreed, we will cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid.
4. Orders
Review your cart and checkout total before submitting an order. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request; it does not guarantee that an item can be dispatched if a stock or information error is discovered. We may contact you to verify information necessary to process the order or prevent fraud.
If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will explain the reason, notify you, and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled items. We do not reserve a right to change an accepted order’s price or essential conditions without your consent.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes and any amount payable to Lawnhood are shown before the order is submitted. Standard shipping to the United States is free. The final checkout total is the amount charged by Lawnhood for the order.
Use a payment method displayed as available at checkout. Authorization or payment may be required before processing. A bank, card issuer, or wallet provider may apply its own fees, including an international transaction or currency conversion fee. Those provider charges are outside Lawnhood’s control and are not additional fees charged by Lawnhood.
6. Shipping and delivery
We deliver to the United States only. Processing takes 1–2 business days and transit after dispatch is estimated at 3–7 business days, for a combined estimate of 4–9 business days. The cut-off is 2:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, Europe/Paris time. Orders after the cut-off begin processing on the next business day.
See our Shipping Policy for the complete timing, delivery, delay, and cancellation information. If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will notify you and provide the legally required choice to accept a delay or cancel for a prompt refund.
7. Returns, refunds, and exchanges
Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request an eligible return or exchange. We supply a prepaid return label by email and do not charge a restocking fee. Returns are sent to our business address in France using our instructions. For eligible returned items, we initiate refunds within 7 business days after receipt and inspection. 8. Product use and consumer rights
Use equipment only for its intended purpose and follow the instructions, warnings, maintenance requirements, and appropriate safety precautions supplied with it. Stop using an item that appears damaged or unsafe and contact us.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a warranty, remedy, liability, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Our voluntary return policy is additional to applicable statutory rights. We do not promise a separate commercial warranty unless its terms are expressly provided with the relevant offer.
9. Website content and external links
Website text, logos, images, and other content may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may use the website for personal shopping and reference. Other use requires the rights holder’s permission or another lawful basis.
Links to third-party websites are provided where relevant. Their content and privacy practices are governed by their own operators. This does not remove our responsibilities for the products and services we sell.

11. Problems and applicable law
If you have a complaint, contact support with the order number, a description, and the resolution you are seeking. We will review it and work with you to resolve the issue.
The seller is established in France. French law applies to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable conflict-of-laws rules. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Nothing in these terms requires you to waive a non-waivable right, use binding arbitration, or bring a claim only in a foreign court where applicable law gives you another right.
12. Updates
We may update these terms for future purchases by publishing a revised version and date. The version made available when you place your order applies to that order, subject to applicable law. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to alter an existing order without your agreement.
